We recently purchased the townhouse and renovated it in 2022. All the furniture is new. The beds and the sofa bed in the living room are high-quality.
Since vacation rental is completely new to us, we want to go the extra mile—even if things don’t go perfectly due to our inexperience in this field.
In July and August, rentals are generally only available from Saturday to Saturday

You can drive your car into the outdoor garage and park it using a remote control. From there, you can use a second remote control to access the inner garage. You can use this basement as storage space for items such as bicycles, motorcycles, inflatable boats, etc. Here you’ll also find folding lounge chairs and a beach umbrella, which you can take with you to the beach.

A 55-inch smart TV with an Android operating system is perfect for surfing the Internet. You can enjoy the stunning view of Lake Maggiore right from the living room. The terrace is accessible from the living room.

There is also a bathroom on the first floor, which features a washer with a built-in dryer.

One bedroom features a double bed from which you can already see the lake. You can enjoy a panoramic view of the lake from the balcony. On the desk, there is a 27-inch monitor with an HDMI cable, which you can, of course, use with your laptop.

The other bedroom also features a double bed and a desk.

There is also a bathroom on the upper floor.
Additional important information
During peak season, bookings are generally required from Saturday to Saturday

Cameras are only present in the form of a video doorbell at the house entrance and in the basement, facing the garage door. This means only the entrances are monitored, and your privacy is preserved.

If you are staying in the house with more than 4 people, you will currently need to use folding chairs or stools stored in the basement.

My hobby is collecting pinball machines. So this spring, I’ll set up at least one pinball machine from my collection in the basement for free play. Maybe even an arcade machine with tons of classic video games from the ’80s.
You’ll also soon be able to book our Airbnb, which is just 20 minutes from downtown Frankfurt. You’ll have access to my private game room with 33 pinball machines, which you can find on our profile.
