This 2-room vacation apartment with an open-concept living and dining area is ideal for a family vacation for up to 4 people in this centrally located residence in the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen.

The cozy 2-roomvacation apartment on the first floor offers approximately 56 square meters of space for up to 4 guests and features a separate entrance from the courtyard.
The bright living area, featuring a flat-screen TV, stereo system, and DVD/Blu-ray player, invites you to relax. The sleeper sofa provides two additional sleeping spots (140x200 cm). The open-concept kitchen-living area is modernly equipped and features a cozy dining nook.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm with a topper), a wardrobe, and an additional sleeping option for a child.
The furnished southwest-facing terrace, accessible from the living room, is a lovely place to spend time outdoors and is pleasantly sheltered by a hedge.
Thanks to its easy accessibility, the vacation rental is also ideal for seniors. The popular, beachfront residential complex features an elevator that allows you to conveniently reach all floors from the underground parking garage. This is a non-smoking apartment.
Bicycles
The underground parking garage features a shared, lockable bicycle storage room (limited space). Here you can store your rented or personal bicycles [&] Co. here.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Booking Information
The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
Optional services available for booking:
- Towels: 22.77 EUR per stay
- High chair: 5.69 EUR per night
- Travel crib (including mattress): 9.49 EUR per night
