Vacation Apartment No. 27 in the Seebach complex is a two-room apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people.
With approximately 57 square meters of living space, this second-floor apartment features a living room, a kitchenette in the living area, a bedroom, and a west-facing balcony. The beach is approximately 70 meters away.
Your living area has laminate flooring. A flat-screen TV and a radio provide entertainment on rainy days. Roller blinds and curtains for blackout are also available.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a 3-door closet for your vacation clothes. Pleated blinds are on the windows. The flooring is laminate.
The tiled kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and, of course, an oven, as well as a dishwasher, refrigerator, and much more. The shower room has light-colored tile. A washer-dryer is available in the storage closet for doing your laundry.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed here.
Villa Seebach is located between the central promenade and the beach promenade. You can park your car in the underground garage. An elevator and a bicycle storage room are available. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is included.
Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

Die Anlage ,,Seebach " liegt direkt an der Straße und ist mitunter etwas unruhig. Ab ca. 3.30 Uhr morgens wird man von den Möven geweckt, was aber, angesichts der Tatsache, wo man sich dort befindet, nicht wirklich störend ist. Die Wohnung selber ist in einem ordentlichen sauberen Zustand. Nachmittags hat man komplett die Sonne auf dem Balkon.
Nur die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng. Man kommt kaum in die Parklücke rein. Mit nem breiteren oder gar längeren PKW sehr kompliziert.

Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock und der Balkon zur Südwestseite, was Vorteile für die Nachmittagssonne hat und was wir genossen haben. Wir würden immer wieder den 2. Stock bevorzugen da er eine bessere Aussicht hat gegenüber Parterre, zumal das Haus einen Aufzug hat. Die Einrichtung ist normal, wobei die Betten und das Bad sehr gut sind. Die Ein- und Ausfahrt, sowie die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind allerdings sehr eng und für größere SUV`s nicht geeignet. Mit Fahrradträgern ist es noch schwieriger, zumal der Eindruck entsteht, dass Fahrradfahrer nicht willkommen sind. In den Fahrradkeller gehen gerade einmal 10 Räder bei über 30 Wohnungen.

Sehr schöne FeWo in Toplage. Gerne wieder.
Allerdings ist die Tiefgarage super eng. Mit einem großen Auto ist es sehr schwierig, dort heil wieder rauszukommen.
