This bright and welcoming vacation apartment, spread over two floors with a balcony, offers the highest level of comfort for four guests, perfect for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea in the idyllic seaside resort of Boltenhagen. The building’s elevator takes you conveniently to the apartment, directly from the underground parking garage.

Amenities

The allergy-friendly, non-smokingapartment on the 2nd floor is approximately 45 square meters in size and spans two floors. Here, you can enjoy a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation with 4 guests and a toddler.
On the first living level (2nd floor), there is a spacious living and dining area with access to the sun-drenched, furnished south-facing balcony.
You can relax together on the couch or enjoy TV programming on the flat-screen TV (satellite). A DVD player (on the side of the TV) and a stereo system (both with USB connectivity) also provide entertainment here. Depending on the number of guests, a pull-out sofa bed is available in the living area as a comfortable sleeping space for 1–2 people (sleeping surface when extended: 140x200 cm).
The open, modern kitchen-living area offers excellent amenities for self-catering: e.g., an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave, as well as various small kitchen appliances and much more. You can enjoy meals together in the separate dining area.
You’ll also find the bathroom on this lower level, featuring a shower, toilet, and heated floors. The towel warmer provides additional cozy warmth.
You can access the second floor (top floor) via a wooden staircase from the living and kitchen area.
Here you’ll find a bedroom furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm / height 50 cm). A flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall. For your clothing, you’ll find a small walk-in closet on this floor with shelves, a dresser, and a clothes rod. The roller shade does an excellent job of darkening the room.
This floor also features a guest restroom.
Special Features
This non-smoking apartment is easily accessible from the underground parking garage via the building’s elevator. For our youngest guests, a travel crib and a high chair are also available for free use.

Bicycles

There is a lockable storage room assigned to the apartment on the underground parking level. Here you can store your rented or personal bicycles [&] and other items. There is also a public bike rack next to the building entrance.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes beds freshly made with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
