About this apartment rental
Vacation Apartment No. 1, “Muschel,” in the Waterkant complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.
Located on the first floor and measuring approximately 67 m², the apartment features a combined living and dining area with a kitchenette and access to the south-facing balcony, one bedroom, and one bathroom. The beach is 100 meters away.
All rooms are accessible from the hallway. In the spacious living area, which features laminate flooring, the couch (sleeping area 150 x 190 cm) provides a comfortable place to sleep for two people. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment. You have direct access to the south-facing balcony from the living room. Here, you can soak up the sun to your heart’s content or sit together comfortably until late in the evening.
Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen with a dining area. The modern kitchenette features a refrigerator with an integrated freezer, a dishwasher, and a ceramic cooktop. The large dining table seats four people for meals together. Down the hallway is the tiled bathroom, which feels like a little wellness oasis. Here you’ll find a shower, a bathtub, and a washing machine.
In the vacation rental’s bedroom, a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) promises a restful night’s sleep. The 3-door wardrobe offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. The floor is covered with laminate. Pleated blinds provide privacy and sun protection.
The Waterkant complex is located near the Kurhaus, across from the pier. An underground parking space, a bicycle storage room, and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are provided.
Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).

Some apartments have free Wi-Fi. One free parking space is available for each apartment in the underground parking garage (maximum vehicle height: 1.90 meters).

The Waterkant complex offers a total of 29 vacation apartments for two to four people, spread across three buildings situated one behind the other.
Thanks to the spacious layout and the modern, comfortable amenities of the vacation apartments, you can enjoy a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation at the Waterkant complex.
The entrances to Buildings A and B are located at the rear of the building. You can access Building C from the side of the building.
Some apartments feature a beach chair on the balcony. The kitchenettes are fully equipped, and some include dishwashers. Depending on the amenities and size of the vacation apartments, they may feature fireplaces, bathtubs, and, in some cases, washing machines.

Sehr schöne ruhige Wohnung. Zentrale Lage.

Eine zentral gelegene und schöne Wohnung.
Uns hat es gefallen, dass wir mit wenigen Schritten an der Seebrücke waren. Es gibt zwar keinen direkten Aufgang von der Tiefgarage zur Wohnung, aber es sind dennoch keine großen Entfernungen. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG was grundsätzlich okay ist, nur beim Ein- und Auszug fehlte der Fahrstuhl doch ein bisschen. Wir können uns aber vorstellen, diese Wohnung wieder einmal zu buchen.

Die Wohnung ist in einer exklusiven Lage, direkt im Zentrum von Boltenhagen, sodass man alles gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Der Strand ist unmittelbar über der Straße und dem kleinen Kurpark ca. 5-10 Minuten von der Wohnung weg.
Die Wohnung ist sauber und modern eingerichtet und wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Für 2 Personen ist genügend Platz. Bei 4 Personen wird es meiner Meinung doch sehr eng.
Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit ausreichender Erholung.
