Our lovingly furnished vacation apartment on the first floor of House 12 is located in the idyllic vacation village of Hohen Bogen in Arrach, right in the heart of the Bavarian Forest. It enjoys a fantastic location just 30 meters from the lake and offers stunning views of the lake and mountains. The approximately 75 m² apartment can accommodate up to five people and is ideal for couples, small families, or seniors. Thanks to its ground-level location, it is easily accessible—even for guests with limited mobility—and, with a beautiful terrace and direct access to the well-maintained lawn, invites you to relax and enjoy nature.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a cozy double bed, as well as another bedroom that even includes a car-themed bed (race car bed). The bright living and dining area is equipped with a sleeper sofa and a TV and offers plenty of space for spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for your stay: stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet

Enjoy sunny hours on the large south-facing terrace on the first floor or on the south/east/west-facing balcony on the upper floor. Unwind, have a barbecue together, or enjoy unforgettable sunsets with a glass of wine.

Please note that bed linens can be booked as an optional extra (however, the beds will not be made), and you must bring your own towels.
