Cozy, personal, special—surrounded by the wonderful natural beauty of the Bavarian Forest, this studio apartment, with its unique collection of art pieces, offers a one-of-a-kind vacation experience, far removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Let yourself drift along in and around this small resort town, where time seems to pass at a different pace.
The Accommodation
Vacation Apartment No. 5 is located on the second floor of the Gerda vacation home. After climbing the second flight of stairs, you’ll find the apartment on your right.
In the entryway, behind the curtain, is the coat rack, which offers plenty of space for jackets and bags. Below the mirror is a key tray and hand sanitizer.
To the right of the front door is Room 2, which features both a wardrobe and a small workspace. A laptop fits comfortably on the glass desk, and the compartment below can serve as a practical storage space.
To the left of the front door is the naturally lit bathroom, featuring a toilet and a shower/tub combination that, with its shower shelf, invites you to enjoy relaxing spa moments.
The central glass door leads from the entryway into the bright living and dining area.
Next to the dining area is the small but charming kitchen, which is equipped with all the essential features.
To the left of the sofa, the door leads to Bedroom 1, which is furnished with thoughtful details and creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
Guest Access
The entire Vacation Rental #5 is at your disposal. You are also welcome to use the garden and part of the terrace. Further details can be found in our guest information folder, which is available for you.
Additional Important Information
Since the vacation rental is located in a state-recognized resort town, a visitor’s tax is charged to guests.
The tourist tax is 01.01.2024 per person per night:
-Children ages 0–5: free
-Children/youth ages 6–15: €0.80
-Adults 16 and older: €1.65
-Guests with a severe disability card (50% or greater disability) €0.80.
Locked Out/Lost Key:
If you have locked yourself out, we will charge €20 for travel expenses and unlocking the vacation rental.
In the event of a lost key, we reserve the right to bill the guest for the necessary measures (having a key duplicated/replacing locks).

The apartment was well presented, spacious, clean, quiet and well equipped. Our arrival as well as departure were well organised and uncomplicated. We all had a great time and wished we could have stayed longer.
