Vacation Apartment No. 28 in the “Residenz am Stadtwald” vacation complex (Strandstraße 15) is a charming 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Spanning approximately 50 m², the apartment features a bedroom, an open-concept living area with an integrated kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a south-facing balcony, and a storage room. The Baltic Sea beach is only about 900 meters away. The accommodations are ideal for couples, families with one child, or solo travelers.
The charmingly furnished living area invites you to relax with a cozy sofa and armchairs. A dining table in the adjacent dining area is perfect for sharing meals together. Entertainment is provided by a TV and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability). From the kitchen, you can step out onto the south-facing, furnished balcony, which is perfect for enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air. Curtains and roller shades on the windows provide privacy and block out the light.
The integrated, open kitchenette features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and an oven. The amenities are rounded out by a kettle, toaster, and coffee maker.
