About this apartment rental
This welcoming and very cozy 4-room apartment (approx. 60 m²) spans two floors (the 2nd floor and the attic) and is both highly functional and fully furnished. The flooring in the lower living and bedroom areas is laminate wood; the upper floor (attic) has carpet, and the kitchen and bathroom/toilet are tiled.
The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 4 people.
From the entryway with a coat rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation apartment.
The bright living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchair, and coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with chairs. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 8 m² balcony (facing west and north) with balcony furniture—here you can sit back and relax, enjoying the balmy summer nights in peace with a glass of fine wine in the evening!
For your entertainment, the vacation rental features 2 modern flat-screen TVs as well as a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.
The open and modern kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.
The cozy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet, and features an additional TV.
The separate second bedroom features two freestanding single beds with nightstands, as well as a spacious closet.
A small staircase from the living room leads to the apartment’s attic, where the third bedroom is located. This room serves as an alternative to the sleeping arrangements in the lower level for guests who may want or need to sleep alone (snorers) …! This room is furnished with two flat, single, freestanding (bunk) beds, various dressers and small cabinets, as well as a small reading nook. Important note: Due to the very steep staircase, this room is not (!) suitable for small children!
The modern bathroom features a shower with a real-glass shower enclosure, a sink with a mirror cabinet and vanity, a toilet, a bathroom shelf, a hair dryer, and plenty of storage space.
You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet in the apartment’s entryway.
A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in a separate building within the residential complex and are available for use by all guests.
You can park your car free of charge in a parking space (carport) belonging to your apartment, located right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a covered bike shed on the residential complex grounds. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your residential complex.
Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).
In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.
The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.
Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are only possible after consulting our staff by phone.
