The Tohuus 1 vacation rental offers approximately 60 m² of living space on the mezzanine level, providing ample room for up to 3 people. It’s ideal for couples, small families, or guests with dogs—your four-legged friend is very welcome here! The apartment combines a cozy vacation vibe with modern amenities, creating a comfortable atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
The light-filled living and dining area invites you to relax with a cozy couch, a dining table, and a TV. Here you can play games together, read, or wind down at the end of the day. From the living area, you have direct access to the sunny west-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the evening sun or simply soak up the tranquility of the surroundings.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: A ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, and toaster are all provided, so you can cook comfortably even while on vacation.
The vacation rental has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The second, smaller bedroom has a single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m)—ideal for children or an additional guest. Blackout curtains ensure peace and quiet and restful nights.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and towel warmer, so you can freshen up in comfort after an eventful day at the Baltic Sea.
For added comfort, bed linens are provided for all guests. The apartment is a smoke-free property; dogs are allowed.
Behind the house is a secluded bike shed, and in the basement you can use a coin-operated washing machine as well as a freezer. Of course, the apartment comes with its own parking space.
The central location at Wittrockstraße 7 is ideal for bike rides, walks—even with your dog—and outings with several families who want to stay together in one house. The harbor, city center, and beach are all just a few minutes away.
