The “Ocean Relax” vacation rental, newly renovated in 2025, is situated in an excellent, quiet location in Timmendorfer Strand—just a 2-minute walk from the Baltic Sea. It offers a cozy retreat for a relaxing vacation without missing out on the special charm and lifestyle of Timmendorfer Strand. A wide variety of dining options, shopping, and numerous events can be found along the lively promenade, which is easily accessible on foot. A beach chair (available from mid-May to mid-September) is provided for free use right on the beach.
This high-quality, well-furnished, and fully equipped vacation apartment is ideal for 3 people who want to enjoy their vacation in a stylish setting. The terrace apartment with a separate entrance is located on the edge of the well-maintained Gorch-Fock-Park residential complex and guarantees peace and privacy. The living area features a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, and a Bluetooth radio. The adjoining dining area offers ample space, and the open, newly integrated kitchen blends harmoniously into the room. It is equipped with, among other things, a wine refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, freezer space, and much more. Enjoy sunny hours on the south-facing terrace, which is equipped with an electric awning and patio furniture.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200) and a spacious closet.[nbsp] All windows have pleated blinds and curtains for complete blackout. All windows are fitted with insect screens, located on the right side of each double window as well as on the patio door. The new shower room has a modern design. Wi-Fi is, of course, available.
A designated outdoor parking space is located on the property. Bicycles can be parked on your own patio or locked to the fixed bike racks in front of the house. A coin-operated washer and dryer are available for shared use. A shared bicycle storage room is accessible via stairs with a bicycle ramp. Space is not guaranteed.
During the season from mid-May to mid-September, a beach chair is available to you free of charge.
