Bed linens and towels can be booked in advance for an additional fee. The visitor’s tax is not included in the rental price and will be listed in the booking confirmation from Böbs Appartements. Full payment must be made in advance via bank transfer; for bookings made up to 4 days before arrival, please also send a screenshot via email or WhatsApp.
Location
Just a 3to 4 minutes’ walk from the lively town center of Timmendorfer Strand and about 150 meters from the Baltic Sea beach, the Gorch-Fock-Park Timmendorfer Strand is situated in a quiet location. In this beautiful vacation complex surrounded by greenery, we can offer you several modern and lovingly furnished 2- and 3-room vacation apartments with balconies or terraces. Grocery stores are located about 850 meters away and are also easily accessible.
Amenities
The Timmendorfer Strand vacation apartment No. 25 features a living room and two separate bedrooms. It is located on the first floor and spans two levels. The living room is furnished with a modern sofa set, a flat-screen TV, a CD player with radio, and a dining area. The open, new built-in kitchen features an oven, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave (the Senseo pod machine shown in the photos is no longer available).
A bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) is located on this level, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
The second bedroom in this Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental is furnished with two single beds, is located on the second level, and features its own shower room and a second flat-screen TV. You can reach this bedroom via a staircase from the living room. The upper bedroom is open to the staircase.
A furnished balcony facing southwest, accessible from the living room, rounds out this cozy and family-friendly vacation home on the Baltic Sea.
