This exclusive "Seeglück" vacation rental spans approximately 75 m² on the first floor and accommodates up to 4 people. The modern and spacious living area, featuring high-quality furnishings and ample comfort, combines extremely tasteful, modern decor with a first-class location. You’d be hard-pressed to find a vacation spot in Heiligenhafen any closer to the water!
The heart of the apartment is the inviting living and dining area. Here, you can relax on the cozy couch (which converts into a bed) or enjoy convivial moments at the large dining table. Natural tones and thoughtfully selected decorations create a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. TV and Wi-Fi are, of course, included. Through the large, charming windows, you’ll enjoy a view of the outdoor grounds at Harbour Side Heiligenhafen. Pleated blinds provide privacy, and an electric screen awning on the balcony side offers additional protection from the sun.
The spacious kitchenette has also been integrated into the living area. Modern and thoughtfully designed, the built-in kitchen offers all the amenities you need for carefree self-catering. The induction cooktop with integrated range hood, as well as a counter with cozy bar stools, invite you to linger and enjoy a culinary experience. A Nespresso Citiz capsule machine is available in addition to the coffee maker.
The comfort continues in the apartment’s bedroom. Here you’ll find a high-quality double box-spring bed (180x200) with a full-length H3 mattress and a Lux Visco topper. A TV mounted above the sideboard provides entertainment in the bedroom as well. In the living area, you’ll find a cozy sleeper sofa with a double-core mattress (140x200) for the 3rd and 4th guests.
The well-designed, modern shower room right next to the bedroom provides additional convenience. The walk-in shower, toilet, sink, large mirror, and towel warmer complete the room. A washing machine is available in the utility room.
Additional features include a shared, open garden area.
The Seeglück has 2 balconies, one of which offers a side view of the inland lake! You can choose between the balcony off the living area or the one off the bedroom. The cozy outdoor seating area invites you to start the day with a cup of coffee in the fresh lake air or to relax and wind down on balmy summer evenings. Of course, comfortable balcony furniture is provided, so nothing stands in the way of lingering a bit longer. And if you’re drawn to the beach, a beach chair (to the right of the pier) is available. You can’t get any closer to the Baltic Sea!
Conveniently integrated into the building’s first floor, you can park your car in the underground parking space that comes with the apartment (max. height 1.95 m). You can easily reach the apartment by elevator. Loading and unloading is a breeze. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored there in a separate basement room, subject to availability.
