For the perfect getaway any time of year, I’m offering you the approximately 85-square-meter “Altstadtflair” apartment with two bedrooms as your vacation home. Tastefully furnished with great attention to detail for 3 to 4 people, the apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building in the heart of the Old Town. The building was constructed around 1900 and served as a cooperage and barrel workshop in Heiligenhafen during the 1920s and 1930s. It is just a few minutes’ walk from the harbor, the market square, the supermarket, and the new inland lake promenade.
The renovation of the “Altstadtflair” vacation rental was completed in August 2023. The apartment blends several stylistic eras into a cozy mid-century look. It features modern, high-quality furnishings. The “Altstadtflair” vacation rental consists of a living room with an open kitchen, which is fully equipped. The living room also features a high-quality sofa and a cozy dining area. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, including a mid-century-style topper, for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom, designed in an open, modern Baroque style, features a comfortable box-spring bed with a topper. The “Altstadtflair” vacation rental features a modern, very comfortable bathroom with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and infrared sauna. The fully equipped built-in kitchen features a dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Additional amenities include: a flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, and a clothes drying rack. A washer-dryer, iron, and ironing board are also available in the house. Parking spaces are located 200 m away, directly on the inland lake. A beautiful courtyard garden with the old barrel workshop #LostPlace invites you to relax and enjoy a barbecue.

A “starter kit”—consisting of an initial supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, paper towels, a cleaning sponge, soap, rinse aid, and salt for the dishwasher, as well as coffee machine filters—is included in the booking. The bedding package per person, as well as the towel package—consisting of one large and one small towel per person plus a foot towel—are included in the price. You couldn’t ask for more amenities—even Wi-Fi is included!
