Freshly and extensively renovated in 2024, this high-quality vacation rental—furnished with many thoughtful details—awaits you. It is located on the mezzanine level and features its own private entrance. A highlight is the spacious, landscaped, and secluded terrace, perfect for many relaxing hours in the sunshine from the afternoon until sunset. The stylish living area, which opens onto the terrace, is flooded with natural light and equipped with a comfortable sofa for relaxing as well as a smart TV. Wi-Fi is, of course, available. The open-concept kitchen, perfectly equipped, features, among other things, a dishwasher, an oven with an integrated microwave, an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, and a freezer compartment. The integrated dining area is designed to be very cozy. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200), a wardrobe for your vacation clothes, and a desk. The floor-to-ceiling patio windows can be darkened with curtains. In the modern bathroom, two windows provide plenty of natural light. The high-quality amenities include a walk-in shower, sink, mirror with indirect lighting, towel warmer, and toilet.
