We warmly welcome you to the stylish and newly renovated 3-room apartment “Hafen 7” in the idyllic Baltic Sea resort of Niendorf. Accommodating up to four people, your next dream getaway for a well-deserved relaxing vacation on the coast awaits you here!
Location
As the name suggests, the Niendorf vacation rental is centrally located near the Niendorf harbor. The beach[nbsp] is also just a few steps away—about 200 meters—and several nice cafés and restaurants await you in the heart of this coastal town. This former fishing village, with its maritime harbor, yachts, and quaint fishing boats, exudes a very special seaside atmosphere. Supermarkets and a bakery for your morning rolls are about a 5- to 10-minute walk from the apartment.

This bright and tastefully furnished 3-room apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building. The open-concept, bright kitchen and dining area is very stylish, modernly furnished, and includes, among other things, an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
From the open kitchen, you enter the bright and inviting living room with a dining area, sofa set, flat-screen TV, and internet radio. The cozy living room, with its comfortable sofa set, invites you to unwind and relax. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment even during typical North German lousy weather. Next to the entryway, you’ll also find a small guest bathroom with a sink and toilet.
A large staircase leads to the upper level of the vacation rental, where you’ll find two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and an additional flat-screen TV. The window can be darkened using a blackout pleated blind.
The second bedroom has a single bed (90x200 cm); the sleeping surface can be extended to 160x200 cm, just like with this tandem bed. The window in the second bedroom has a blackout pleated blind.
The upstairs bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower, a toilet, a sink, and a mirror.

From April 18 to September 18, a complimentary beach chair on the beach is also included with this apartment, rounding out a dreamy beach vacation on the Baltic Sea!
The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. In addition, the Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental includes a permanent, free outdoor parking space.
The apartment is stocked with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).
This is a non-smoking apartment. Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.
