About this apartment rental
++From March through what is expected to be the end of October, exterior work (including scaffolding) will take place on the north side.
Although this work is being done outdoors and the scaffolding is not being erected next to this apartment,
we cannot rule out the possibility of some disruption during this period. ++
The two-room apartment offered is centrally located and is particularly well-suited as a vacation home. It offers an ideal starting point for walking to the beach, the pier, and the marina. The beach promenade also leads you directly to Kühlungsborn West, where you’ll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafés that invite you to shop and linger.
The apartment is located on the first floor and features bright, modern furnishings. It consists of a spacious kitchen-living room with a fold-out sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a renovated bathroom with a shower, and a storage room with a coat rack.
The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a refrigerator, a double sink, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker.
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. A free parking space on the property and bike racks are available for guests.
Please note that during the high season, a continuous booking is required, or there must be a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings. During the New Year’s holiday period, the minimum stay is 4 nights.
The nightly rate includes both utility costs and parking. We hope you have a pleasant stay in our apartment.
