Although this work is being done outdoors and the scaffolding is not set up next to this apartment,
we cannot rule out the possibility of some disruption during this period. ++
This cozy 2-room apartment is centrally located. From your vacation home, you can easily reach the beach, the pier, and the marina on foot. The extensive beach promenade leads to Kühlungsborn-West. The shops, restaurants [&] and cafés on Strandstraße invite you to enjoy a day of shopping and leisure. There are plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, such as hiking, biking, or rock climbing in the nearby city forest.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and features bright, modern furnishings. The kitchen area and bathrooms were freshly renovated in January 2026.
In addition to the spacious living and dining room with a fold-out sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a guest restroom.
The kitchen, which is integrated into the living area, is well-equipped with a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, egg cooker, toaster, and coffee maker.
This is a strictly non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed!
The apartment includes a free parking space on the property. Bicycle racks are also available.
Please note that during peak season, you must book a continuous stay or leave a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.[nbsp]
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 4 nights.
