The two-room vacation apartment is located on the first floor and, with an area of approximately 44 square meters, is suitable for up to 2 people.
The spacious bedroom features a double bed measuring 2 x 2 meters.
The living area features a cozy seating area consisting of a large sofa and a dining table with 4 chairs. If needed, the sofa can be converted into a double sofa bed.
The modern kitchenette, which is integrated into the living area, includes a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher. Amenities also include a 40" LED TV, a hi-fi system with cable connection, a CD and DVD player, and an USB port for SD cards (MP3). Free Wi-Fi is also available.
The vacation rental also features a covered south-facing terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sun.
A bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the apartment’s amenities.
