This comfortable vacation rental, which sleeps up to 4 people, is located on the top floor of the house. The south-facing balcony is a great place to relax.
The living area features a seating area with a couch, TV, and stereo system, as well as a dining area.
The modern kitchenette, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and glass-ceramic cooktop, is integrated into the living area.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed that can be folded out into a double bed. A bathroom with a shower and toilet, featuring a spacious, walk-in shower area, completes the vacation rental.
The flooring consists of PVC laminate in the living areas and tile in the bathroom.
Pets are not allowed, and this is a non-smoking apartment.
Parking space No. 27 next to the house is available for your use.
The building has a bicycle storage room as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
Please note that during peak season, you must book a continuous stay or leave a minimum gap of 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 4 nights.
