The high-quality vacation rental “Lieblingsplatz” is situated in a prime location in Timmendorfer Strand, less than 100 meters from the beautiful sandy beach and just a few minutes’ walk from the lively town center with its many shops, cafés, and restaurants. A beach chair (available seasonally from mid-May to mid-September) is provided for free use on the beach.
This sunny two-room vacation apartment with a cozy atmosphere is located on the first floor and features a nearly 30-square-meter sun terrace equipped with patio furniture and a beach chair. You’ll find a tastefully decorated living area with a TV and Wi-Fi, an open kitchen, and a cozy dining area that’s attractively built into a bay window. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200) and a spacious closet. The modern shower room has a window and is bright and inviting.
The building features a shared basement with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. A parking space is available in the building’s underground garage (entry height 2 m). Bicycles can be stored securely in a separate bike shed.
