a kitchenette with a microwave, a 4-burner stove with an oven, and a dishwasher.
A bathroom with a tub and shower, along with a toilet, completes the vacation apartment.
The technical amenities include a radio with a CD player and a flat-screen satellite TV.
The balcony and the 12 m² rooftop terrace invite you to relax. The apartment features laminate flooring with a parquet look in the living area and wood-look CV flooring in both bedrooms.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.
Double parking space No. 11 is available for your use. The dimensions of the double parking space are: max. height 1.5 m, width (excluding side mirrors) 1.9 m, length 5.00 m, and weight 2,000 kg. Please check whether these dimensions match your car to avoid any inconvenience during your stay. We cannot provide you with any other parking space.
There are coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the building.
The prices listed are final prices based on a maximum occupancy of 4 people.
Please note that during the high season, you must book a continuous stay or leave a gap of at least 7, 10, or 14 nights between bookings.
The minimum stay over the New Year’s holiday is 4 nights.
