Right in the heart of town, just a few steps from the beach and the lively center, this stylish two-room apartment awaits you on the first floor of the historic brick building Living Lorens No. 19. Spanning 38 m², it offers a wonderfully relaxing temporary home for up to three people—and your dog, too.
The apartment combines Sylt’s laid-back charm with modern comfort. High ceilings, plenty of natural light, and a clean, elegant interior immediately create a sense of calm and spaciousness. The open-concept living and dining area is the heart of the apartment. Here, a comfortable sleeper sofa invites you to read, relax, or enjoy cozy get-togethers.
The high-quality kitchen is equipped with exclusive appliances from Miele and Gaggenau and is perfect for everything from a quick breakfast to a leisurely dinner. A special highlight is the east-facing terrace—ideal for starting the day with a cup of coffee in the morning sun.
In the separate bedroom, a comfortable box-spring bed ensures restful nights. The modern bathroom with a large rain shower rounds out the cozy atmosphere. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures cozy warmth even on cooler days. Upon arrival, you’ll also find a small starter kit for the kitchen and bathroom.
As a guest of Living Lorens, you can use the shared fitness room—equipped with a Peloton® bike, cross-trainer, and mirrored wall—free of charge. Yoga mats can be booked upon request. Afterward, the sauna with loungers invites you to relax.
