Spanning 38 m², this two-room ground-floor apartment accommodates up to four people and is ideal for couples, small families, or friends looking to experience Sylt in a relaxed and luxurious setting.
You’ll feel the special atmosphere the moment you walk in: high ceilings and modern, thoughtfully coordinated furnishings create a true home away from home. The spacious living and dining area is the heart of the apartment. Here, a comfortable sleeper sofa invites you to relax and offers an additional sleeping option when needed.
The open kitchen is equipped with exclusive appliances from Miele and Gaggenau and leaves nothing to be desired—perfect for a leisurely breakfast or a shared dinner. A special highlight is the private, east-facing terrace: Here you can enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning sun or start your day in peace.
In the separate bedroom, a comfortable box-spring bed ensures restful nights. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, ensuring a cozy indoor climate even on cooler days. A small starter kit for the bathroom and kitchen will also be waiting for you upon your arrival.
