This exclusive vacation apartment spans 2 floors (with stairs inside the apartment) is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building right near the beach and offers a stunning view of Lübeck Bay. An elevator takes you to the 3rd floor; the final few steps lead you to your apartment on the 4th floor. In just a few steps, you’ll be on the sandy beach or in the bustling center of Scharbeutz. The apartment is in a quiet yet central location. Within walking distance, you’ll quickly reach the newly developed Dünenmeile, where you can enjoy your vacation at one of the cafés or restaurants with a direct view of the sea. There are many shops, tennis courts, a mini-golf course, a playground for the little ones, and a beautiful spa park.

This fully equipped penthouse apartment is sure to impress with its private sauna for 4 people, offering a view of the Baltic Sea. The sauna with a view of the Baltic Sea is located in the rooftop pavilion, which you can reach via an internal staircase. Next to the sauna is a bathroom with natural light, featuring a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. The upper room is equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, as well as an additional sleeping area. On the adjoining 35-square-meter rooftop terrace, which offers views to the south, west, and north, you can enjoy the sun until sunset. Four lounge chairs with comfortable cushions invite you to relax; the view from up here over Lübeck Bay is fantastic. The light-filled, spacious living area on the lower level of the apartment features an open kitchen that was custom-built and is equipped with high-quality built-in appliances. A stylish counter separates the kitchen from the dining area, which is furnished with a large dining table and comfortable chairs. You can make yourself comfortable on a spacious sofa in the living area and enjoy the latest entertainment options, such as an HD/3D flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, sound system, and free Wi-Fi.
From this living area, you can step out onto a west-facing balcony with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy breakfast in the mild Baltic Sea air first thing in the morning. Both bedrooms are identically furnished and feature modern box-spring beds (180x200), a custom-built closet, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. To block out light, you can use the electric roller shutters or the light/privacy screens. Across from it is the main bathroom with natural light, equipped with a walk-in shower, an overhead shower/rain shower, a handheld showerhead, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and heated floors.

You won’t need to use a car during your stay—everything is within walking distance. We’ve provided a travel crib and a high chair for your children. The vacation rental is particularly suitable for people with allergies, as it is strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed. You’ll have additional storage space in the lockable basement storage room that belongs to the apartment, located right next to the elevator. A washing machine and dryer are located in the communal basement and can be used free of charge by all residents; the key is available at the rental office. There is space for your bicycles in the large bicycle storage room in the building.
