This apartment building, with just a few units, is located right in the heart of Scharbeutz. The beach, the pier, and the Dünenmeile—with its shops, cafés, and restaurants—are just a short walk away. All shopping options are also within walking distance. The same goes for the spa park with its large children’s playground and beautiful mini-golf course. The attractive furnishings set the stage for a carefree vacation. In Apartment 2, you’ll enjoy a very special atmosphere: whether you’re a couple, a family, or a group of friends, everyone can feel right at home here. A beach chair on the beach is also part of a relaxing vacation. A parking space and a lockable bike shed are available. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.

Welcome to Bude 30 in Scharbeutz, built in 2019. Here, the charming and stylish 4-room Apartment No. 02 “Tilly” invites you to an unforgettable Baltic Sea vacation.
Located just about 300 meters from the beach, you’ll be staying in a central location perfect for a wonderful family vacation. In just 3–5 minutes on foot, you can reach the center of Scharbeutz with its beautiful dune promenade and numerous restaurants, shopping options, and a bakery for your morning rolls. The medical center is about 650 meters away, and the supermarkets are about 800 meters away.
The modern “Tilly” duplex vacation apartment spans approximately 84 square meters of living space across two levels (first floor + basement) and offers ample space for up to 6 people.
You enter the Scharbeutz apartment through the lovingly designed entryway, which leads directly into the modern living area. The living area and one bedroom on the first floor are accessible without steps. The individual rooms have been designed and furnished with great attention to detail and good taste. A high level of comfort is guaranteed.
The large kitchen is open to the living area and is fully equipped. In addition to an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher, you’ll find not only a standard coffee maker but also a Tchibo capsule coffee machine. We also have a wine refrigerator where you can keep your drinks at the perfect temperature.
In the open-concept living and dining area, you’ll find not only the kitchen and a dining area for six people but also a comfortable sofa set that invites you to relax on the sofa. A large flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray/DVD player round out the living room.
The Scharbeutz vacation rental offers a total of three spacious bedrooms. Bedroom I is located on the first floor, where you’ll find a double bed measuring 180x200 cm. Bedrooms II and III are both located in the basement. Bedroom II has two single beds (90x200 cm), while Bedroom III is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm). In addition, all bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV. Exterior blinds in all rooms ensure peace and quiet and a restful night’s sleep.
From the living area on the first floor, you can access the south-facing terrace. It is comfortably furnished and offers sunshine all day long.
The apartment’s two spacious bathrooms are located on the first floor and in the basement, respectively, and each features a shower and toilet, including a cosmetic mirror. Additionally, one of the bathrooms is equipped with a washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board round out the amenities.
Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures added comfort.
