2-room vacation apartment, approx. 56 m², south-facing balcony with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea, sauna, large bathroom with shower, entryway with built-in closet, built-in kitchen, living area with dining area, beach chair on the balcony, outdoor parking space, 2nd floor, elevator, though there are a few steps to climb to reach the apartment.
Location
This gorgeous vacation apartment is located very close to the beach, with a view of the Baltic Sea. The beach promenade and the Dünenmeile, with all their lovely shops, cafés, and restaurants, are just a few steps away. The beautiful spa park is also within easy walking distance.
Amenities
Hallway area with a built-in closet. Large bathroom with a walk-in shower (1.80 x 0.90 m), overhead/rain shower, and a sauna (up to 80 degrees) that accommodates up to three people (Canadian hemlock wood, large glass front). The very attractive built-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, blender, hand blender, and much more are provided. The cozy dining area seats up to four people. Here you’ll also find space for fun game nights (a game collection and puzzles are provided). The elegant living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa that can be easily converted into a sofa bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2.00 m, with a slatted frame, slats, and mattress). A 42" flat-screen TV, a radio with Bluetooth speakers, and Wi-Fi are available. From the living room, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony. Here, a beach chair and a table with four chairs await you. An electric awning provides shade here. Dream away with a view of the Baltic Sea… in the beach chair… is your favorite book already waiting for you? The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed. Blackout curtains on the windows allow you to darken the room.
