This gorgeous vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor (an elevator is available, but there are a few small steps to climb to reach the apartment), right in the Dünenmeile, across from the beautiful beach, where your beach chair (seasonal: May 15–September 15) is already waiting for you. This very beautiful apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail. The beach promenade, the “Dünenmeile,” with all its lovely shops, cafés, and restaurants, is just a few steps away. Enjoy the magnificent south-facing balcony with sweeping views of the Baltic Sea.

From the dining area, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the sea; you can linger here for hours, and this space also offers plenty of room and comfort for fun game nights. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a wall-mounted TV. From here, too, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. Another windowless bedroom, with a single bed, offers enough space for a third person. In the hallway, there’s a coat closet with a full-length mirror. The shower room has a bright, airy design. The house has a washing machine in the laundry room and a bicycle storage room.
