About this apartment rental
The “Die Zeese” vacation rental is located in the central part of the Kapitänsgarten in Prerow. The apartment is on the first floor and has been lovingly decorated in a nautical style. The vacation rental is suitable for 2 adults + 1 child (approx. 5–10 years old, up to a maximum of 20 kg) and consists of a large living area with an open kitchen, a hallway, a small bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
The furnishings are nautical and modern, featuring a large LCD TV, Wi-Fi, an internet radio, a Bluetooth speaker, an electric fireplace, and an additional TV in the bedroom. There are also spotlights and floor lamps to meet various lighting needs, a ceiling fan, as well as a comfortable sofa and beanbag chairs.
The small bedroom has a 2 x 2-meter bed in the style of a ship’s bunk, so you climb out from the front. Please note that this bed is therefore unfortunately not suitable for people with physical limitations. Children (up to a maximum of 20 kg) can use a fold-out ladder to reach an 180 cm x 80 cm top bunk, which is secured with real canvas to prevent falls. There are power outlets with USB ports right on the sides for charging smartphones or tablets. A modern infrared heater provides pleasant warmth during the colder months.
The large kitchen, integrated into the living area, features an oven with a microwave function, a ceramic cooktop, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a dishwasher.
The apartment has a total area of 45 m². The south-west-facing sun terrace with a small garden is the perfect place to relax when the weather is nice.
Bedding and towels are not included in the price but can be booked separately.
