About this apartment rental
This cozy vacation rental, which sleeps up to 4 people, is located on the first floor of a house in the Kapitänsgarten and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in approximately 46 m². The apartment features a cozy living area with a dining table, a sofa set, a radio, and satellite TV. The built-in kitchen is modernly equipped with an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a washing machine. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). Additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). Wi-Fi and on-site parking are also available. Pets are allowed in this accommodation. Bed linens and towels are not included.
Note regarding possible additional costs:
For check-outs on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, a 50% surcharge will be added to the cleaning fee. In some cases, it may be possible to adjust your travel dates to avoid this surcharge. Please note that for the period from June through September, the booking must be as continuous as possible.
For bookings with pets, we charge the corresponding pet fee per pet as well as an additional cleaning fee.
If bed linens and/or towels are not provided in the booked property, they can be added to the reservation. We charge €12 per set for bed linens and €8 per set for towels. A linen change is not provided.
The visitor’s tax is based on the current regulations of the respective vacation destinations and must be paid in cash upon arrival at the VVR Flöter rental office.
