About this apartment rental
The modern, beachfront 3-room apartment 232 (approx. 52 m²) on the first floor of Building B offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in the two bedrooms is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; all other rooms are tiled.
The vacation rental sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).
From the entryway—which features a coat rack, mirror, and dresser—you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.
The modern and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable corner leather couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with 4 chairs and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 6 m² terrace (facing northeast) with comfortable patio furniture. Here you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer evenings in peace with a good glass of wine!
For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV. In addition, the apartment features free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).
The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.
The cozy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious closet.
The separate and additional second bedroom also features a comfortable bunk bed (90 cm x 200 cm) for 2 people, nightstands with bedside lamps, a small closet, and a coat rack. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains or blinds.
For additional clothing and luggage, there is another spacious closet with a large mirror in the hallway.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower (senior-friendly(!) with a low threshold), a sink with a mirror cabinet and vanity, a toilet, a hair dryer, a towel radiator, and ample storage space.
You can store your jackets and shoes in the entryway, which features a coat rack with a wall mirror and a dresser.
A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and can be used by all guests.
A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.
As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. You can park your car for a fee in a parking space assigned to your apartment at the “Irish Pub” restaurant (across from the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex). You can park your bicycles in the courtyard using the bike racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!
In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.
The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 2 people, please note that there is a surcharge of 10.00 € per night per person for the 3rd and 4th a surcharge of €10.00 per night per person.
Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
