The beachfront, cozy, and quiet 2-room apartment 237 (approx. 38 m²) on the first floor of Building C offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. All rooms feature light-colored floor tiles.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we’re happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The bright and inviting living/dining room, with large floor-to-ceiling windows, features a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch, armchairs, and a coffee table, a separate dining table with chairs, and a spacious sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 6 m² sunny terrace (facing east, south, and west) with patio furniture and a comfortable beach chair. Here you can sit back and relax, enjoying the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with 2 modern flat-screen TVs, a radio, and a DVD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. A small portable oven is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bright and inviting bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, a dresser, a coat rack with a large wall mirror, and an additional TV.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth person. To ensure a good night’s sleep, both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with blackout curtains or blinds.

The modern bathroom features a low-entry glass shower (senior-friendly!), a sink with a vanity cabinet, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, and a toilet.

You can store your jackets and shoes right in the apartment’s entryway, which features a coat closet, a large wall mirror, and a bench.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

A small children’s playground in the courtyard ensures that even the youngest guests won’t get bored.

As a special highlight, guests at the “Strandjuwel” apartment complex can enjoy discounted access to the attractive “KÜBOMARE” wellness and leisure oasis with its seawater and sauna areas right on our doorstep (a 2-minute walk). In the seawater area, two large swimming pools await you at a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees; in the sauna area (with indoor and outdoor sections), you’ll find various saunas (including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, cabin sauna, dry sauna, Kelo earth sauna, and log cabin sauna, as well as a steam bath), various relaxation areas, and much more. Depending on our parking capacity and the permitted vehicle dimensions, you can park your car for a fee in reserved parking spaces either in the “Villa Hanse” parking garage located in the courtyard or in the “Seebrücke” parking garage, located in the immediate vicinity of the residential complex (approx. 200 m). You can park your bicycles in the courtyard of our residential complex using the bike racks provided there. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your residential complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—please refer to the price list for the modest additional fee.

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made—one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 2 people, please note that there is a surcharge of 10.00 € per night per person for the 3rd and 4th a surcharge of €10.00 per night per person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
