Cozy and very pleasant apartment of 25m2 completely renovated in July 2023 including a large balcony in the heart of Paris in the 11th arrondissement at the Rue St Maur metro station, 2 stations from République. Entrance, large living room with sofa bed (2m long new with thick mattress dating from June 2023) including led TV. Fully equipped bathroom, toilet, shower cubicle, sink. Kitchen including refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven and dishes. Large balcony 10 meters long overlooking quiet street. Ideal for couples, families with one or two children or friends! The apartment is very flowery... A place to relax in the Parisian madness! The neighborhood is quiet and safe... A bakery awaits gourmets at the foot of the building, a small grocery store just opposite to do your shopping, and a Carrefour City 100m away... A delicious French restaurant awaits gourmets around the corner. You have 3 metro lines in the immediate vicinity of the house; the Rue Saint-Maur station at 200m, the metro line 2 Père-Lachaise at 300 m and the 9 Voltaire station at 400m.
The apartment and the balcony are NON-SMOKING and I ask you to take off the shoes when you enter the accommodation so as not to damage my hundred-year-old parquet floor:-)
This accommodations are classified as tourist and allows you to benefit from an extremely reduced tourist tax (2.60 euros per night/person instead of 15 euros) ;-)
