ES UNA ESTAFA. THESE GUYS ARE THIEFS. ME ROBARON 300 EUROS. THEY STOLD ME 300 EUROS IM STILL WAITING FOR (TWO MONTHS AGO) AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER TO ME ANYMORE. SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE.

ESTE ALOJAMIENTO ME ROBO 300 EUROS. THEY STOLD FROM ME 300 EUROS THEY NEVER GAVE BACK TO ME. DONT BOOK WITH THEM IM WARNING YOU. Te piden una seña de 300 euros el dia que llegas al aeropuerto para pasarte la direccion, si no pones los datos de la tarjeta NO TE MANDAN LA DIRECCION EXACTA. No queda otra que completar los datos de la tarjeta, te dicen que no te van a cobrar nada pero en el mismo momento que te dicen eso te hacen el cargo en la tarjeta. Me queje y me dijeron que me iban a devolver la plata cuando me fuera y corroboraran que no se habia roto nada, despues de decirme que no iban a cobrarme ni un peso. La cama estaba rota y las fotos no son fieles a lo que es el departamento, el edificio es horrible y la habitacion esta en UN SOTANO que no tiene ni luz ni ventilacion, el baño esta en el sotano tambien y no tiene extractor de ningun tipo, es todo trucho. Les reclame mis 300 euros de vuelta todo el viaje y no supieron darme ninguna respuesta, un mes y medio despues de mi estadia yo sigo sin mi plata y ellos ya no contestan mis mensajes. La plata nunca aparecio y dicen que no hay nada que puedan hacer. LADRONES. THIEFS. THEY STOLD FROM ME PLEASE DONT BOOK WITH THEM

Desastrosa, espero que Booking lo retire de su página

La ubicación

Primero que me pidieran el mismo día de la entrada en el apartamento una fianza de 300€ o no me daban las llaves para entrar, me pareció insultante y me hubiera pensado mucho el alquilarlo si lo hubiera sabido. Además, en el anuncio pone que es el número 19 de la calle y resulta que es el 20, extraño. De todos los servicios que ponen en el anuncio la gran mayoría son falsos, no tiene armarios, no tiene señal de televisión y tiene un cuadro eléctrico, completamente accesible y en una zona húmeda, sobre la televisión, que esta apoyada sobre la mesa, con lo que si no se tiene cuidado se puede caer y te la hacen pagar, no tiene vistas, los enchufes de la planta por donde accedes no funciona ninguno, solo los que están en la encimera de la cocina, la habitación principal está en un sótano, junto con el baño, que no tiene ventilación y huele mucho a humedad, tienen un extractor de aire pero no es suficiente. Las escaleras para bajar al sótano son muy empinadas y peligrosas, no se si esa estancia es legal. No tiene detectores de humo, la cocina no tiene extracción de humos, tienen dos sartenes pequeñas y viejas y una pequeña olla, nada más. La vitro tiene muy poca potencia y cuesta mucho cocinar cualquier cosa. La cama principal, que está en el sótano se desmontaba, y teníamos que estar arreglándola cada dos por tres. Cuando te duchas se sale todo el agua porque el baño está metido con calzador y es un desastre, además, la puerta del baño no cierra, se hincha por la humedad y la maneta de la puerta estaba rota. En fin un desastre, no le recomiendo a nadie este apartamento y espero que Booking haga algo al respecto.
