Good location and helpful staff.
The pool in the picture is not the hotel pool, it is next door and at an extra cost. They do have a pool at the hotel but just different. The double bed was two single beds pushed together. Internet was patchy. Breakfast ok.

The front office staff and security were amazing and went above and beyond.It feels like they are doing their best to make up for the lack of effort from the owners of the hotel.
Unfortunately the rooms is below par, scruffy and not maintained. Things like cupboard handles have fallen off and left lying there. The couch is damaged, the cupboards are nicked, the bath has been siliconed messily. The owner needs to invest into maintaining this as a 4 star hotel, where currently it feels like a 3 star at a push.

This was my second stay here. The hotel staff are extremely friendly, and the location is fantastic. I want to give a special thanks to Sandipa and Smriti—especially Smriti, who was super helpful during both of my stays!

Location, Room size, breakfast.
The property is definitely overrated in here. It’s slightly better than average. Might be good for families, they were really accommodating of loud kids in the hallway. Loud noises persisted throughout the night and early in the day. Value for money is not really good. For the same price, we had booked an amazing stay a week before.
