We were welcomed with hot towels, a drink and a fruit basket in the room, and the incredibly caring, personal and friendly staff — including the manager — made us feel at home throughout.
Our upper floor room had a balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains.
The daily changing breakfast, focused on Nepali and Indian cuisine, was excellent, and the hotel made everything easy, from booking a day hike, paragliding and a sunrise experience to a seamless airport transfer.

We had a twin room on the 5th floor with pool and Mountain View. Perfect place to relax and unwind after our Annurpurna Trek. The room was very spacious, lovely balcony, great breakfast and nice pool and garden… the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly…. We also had a foot massage and sauna …. Absolutely brilliant … Thank you 🙏🏼

Regular three star hotel.
So how can I answer your ratings above? For a three star it's all good, for a five star it's all bad.
Booking.com gives me a total pack of lies saying this is a five star hotel, including reviews that it's five star. THIS IS A TWO TO THREE STAR HOTEL and I was defrauded and made uncomfortable by bringing my partner here. So it was cheap for a five star and it's my fault for not researching further but the walk-in bargaining price was HALF the stupid inflated 'five star' price. Even the reception staff were laughing at me. ALL LIES.
