Ridiculous services!

The flat is large, comfortable and clean. It's refurbished inside a very old block of flats.

Although it could be a very good place to stay, the management is completely unsuitable for the job, as they are utterly indifferent to guests’ needs. The flat does NOT have its own hot water system, but draws hot water from the city’s district heating system. When there is a problem with the city’s system, the flat has no hot water – as happened to us – and for three days we couldn’t have a hot shower! From what we’ve heard, this happens from time to time. So when you rent this flat, you just hope you’re lucky and that it doesn’t happen to you. We reported the issue straight away, and although they were aware of the problem, they pretended that perhaps the neighbors might not be using hot water and the pipes had gone cold. They messaged us to leave the tap running for 30 minutes and that would bring the hot water back. Of course, it never came! After we informed them, they replied that they would send a technician to check the problem the following day. That was a lie, as they knew exactly what the problem was and, of course, didn’t send anyone, deliberately stalling in the face of our constant complaints whilst waiting for the works to finish and for the hot water to come back on. We finally got hot water on the third day. The bottom line is that they are aware of the problem but couldn’t care less; they simply engage in public relations spin aimed at whoever is unlucky enough to be affected by the problem. Unfortunately, they’re too stingy to invest in a water heater that would solve the problem and keep the holidays from being ruined for some of their guests. Their only concern is that they won’t have to visit the flat for any reason, as that would incur the cost for them. But the most infuriating thing is their attitude: completely unprofessional, hypocritical & indifferent! Nothing but empty words!

Comfortable and warm. Felt safe.

Prime location, quiet and comfortable.

Not a negative, but tv location in seating area would make more sense. Or a second tv there.

10-8=2 puntos.

Host molto disponibile. Struttura pulita. Letti comodi. Lo consiglio.
