Great location, nice beds!

Very central location, great communication with check-in process. Beds were very comfortable and the water pressure for the shower was amazing!

Front gate doesn’t lock, there was a big, long blood spatter from walls to floor coming from the street into the apartments that was left there a couple of days - hope they are alright! It was there for at least two days and not cleaned up. Cutlery for only one person - but plenty of wine glasses - yay

Avoid at all costs

The air conditioning

Dirty linen, absolutely ridiculous layout with no living room and having to walk through one bedroom to get to the other. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, one plate, one bowl, and one fork and one knife. Literally nothing else aside from the sink

Not an apartment I felt safe in

The location was great, a few minutes walk from the Old Town but far enough away to be out of the noise. There was air con in both bedrooms, and it was relatively clean (apart from a panty liner from underwear stuck to the window).

The amenities were probably the most basic I’ve experienced. There was no washing up liquid. No kettle, no tea towel to dry the few items once washed. There were only wine glasses, no normal glasses and the fridge wasn’t properly installed into the unit, it moved every time you opened the door and I dropped a heavy bottle of water on my toes as a result. The curtains in both bedrooms were hanging half off the pole, and were not within reach to correct, however they did mostly close. There was also an issue with the front gate. It did not lock which was a concern from a safety perspective as two females staying alone (the apartments are down a side alley out of sight so the security of a locked front gate would have given us peace of mind. We were only there for a few days, so decided to just live with the shortcomings, however the worst thing about the apartment was our experience with the manager. On our last evening we went out to the shops. When we came back the keypad to open the door to the apartment was not lit up and we were unable to get in. I had left my phone indoors, and my sisters had just ran out of battery. The lovely lady from a restaurant over the road tried to call the main reception twice (I was there with her) but she got no reply. She then tried to call the manager with no success. I asked her to message and let him know we are locked out - by this point we had been knocking doors to try to get help for over an hour and were starting to panic! Eventually the manager answered. I spoke to him and he was extremely rude and abrupt. His persona made me anxious. He took around 40 mins to an hour to arrive. When he got there, he did not apologise, nor ask us if we were ok. When my sister asked how he was sure it wouldn’t happen again he simply shrugged and told her in an annoyed tone that it hasn’t happened in four years.

Location, very convenient in the old town.

Terrible check-in process and communication, bare supplies, little toilet paper, only 2 cups, plates etc although it’s a 4 person appointment and we booked for 3. Shower overflows onto the bathroom floor, shabby bedding and curtains.
