They adjusted the breakfast time to suit our tour time
Had to help friend who didn’t have toilet paper. Asked for a second room key as we were two to the room.. the second key never worked. It seemed like a nice hotel but a little dysfunctional.

Breakfast served from 9:00 am. The lady was kind enough to serve me breakfast at 8:00 am on my day of departure. There is a bar/eatery for those who wish to dine in house. Food was served from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. Menu was a selection of European and Armenian cuisine. A selection of wine, beer and hard liquor was available at the bar.
Nothing to dislike.
