The location was on the edge of the town and there were great views from the balcony and it was very peaceful. The only downside was that it was further to go to get to something to eat. The room was clean and comfortable and the balcony made it extra special. The breakfast at the guesthouse was undoubtedly the best breakfast I had in Armenia.
We had some problems locating the guest house but that just may be the fault of the sat nav.

"Good welcome and breakfast. Amazing views from rooms. We had double balcony room. Taxi was arranged to old Bridge restaurant where we ate well and enjoyed their wine."
