Localização perfeita, casa super espaçosa
Aluguei por 2 diárias e a piscina totalmente suja, sem condições pra banho, dinheiro perdido pois alugamos uma casa de piscina e não tomamos banho, além de alguns impecilios como descargas quebrada, chuveiro elétrico nenhum estava funcionando, travesseiros e colchões muito velhos e muito mofo.

FRUSTRAÇÃO TOTAL — UMA ESTADIA QUE FOI DO INÍCIO AO FIM MARCADA POR PROBLEMAS
O que deveria ter sido um final de semana para comemorar o aniversário de 82 anos da minha avó e aproveitar momentos com a família acabou se transformando em uma experiência EXTREMAMENTE DESGASTANTE, frustrante e decepcionante. Como fiquei responsável pela casa, passei praticamente toda a estadia resolvendo PROBLEMAS que deveriam ter sido responsabilidade do proprietário.
Para começar foi cobrado R$ 400,00 pelo enxoval, que não estava disponível quando chegamos às 14:00h , Ficamos mais de 6 horas esperando pelas toalhas. Só chegaram às 20:00 daquele dia. As crianças saíram da piscina e ficaram mais de 2 horas esperando para conseguir tomar banho. Isso é inadmissível, principalmente considerando o valor cobrado pelo enxoval.
A situação da água foi um verdadeiro absurdo. A água era extremamente escura, fraca e faltava de hora em hora, obrigando-nos constantemente a acionar a bomba manualmente e esperar o reservatório encher novamente. Como eu era a responsável pela casa e havia 16 pessoas hospedadas, toda vez que faltava água alguém vinha atrás de mim: “Cadê a água?”, “Já voltou?”, “O que está acontecendo?”. Eu me tornei, na prática, responsável por administrar um problema que não deveria sequer existir em uma casa alugada para receber tantas pessoas. Era uma cobrança constante e extremamente inconveniente. Eu não consegui aproveitar o final de semana. De hora em hora eu precisava interromper o que estava fazendo para resolver problema de água.
Na hora de preparar as refeições, descobrimos que faltava um item básico: a borracha da panela de pressão. Em vez de o proprietário resolver a situação, simplesmente me mandou sair para comprar e disse que pagaria depois. Ou seja, mais uma responsabilidade jogada para mim. Precisei rodar a cidade atrás de uma borracha de panela de pressão, perdendo ainda mais tempo de uma viagem que deveria ser de descanso e comemoração.
