Perfect place for a beach getaway. Quiet, very spacious, modern and clean. Good restaurant on site.
We ended up booking this place after we stayed in Porto de Galinhas for a couple of nights (which was actually very disappointing)
Very secure. Only guests have access (via facial recognition). Easy check-in process. We received all the information via WhatsApp. Front desk then takes pictures for the facial recognition system and you're on your way.
Multiple pools. Suite is very well equipped and spotless clean. Our suite also had a full kitchen.
Massive beach almost all to yourself. This is quite the opposite of the beach in Porto de Galinhas.
The restaurant serves nice Italian style food at fair prices. You can also have breakfast there. Price was BRL 59 per person, which was also totally fair.
Would absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for some nice quiet time and not the hustle and bustle of Porto de Galinhas.

There is only one restaurant in the complex. If you want some variety you need to go into town, which is no problem at all.

A empresa que cuida do imóvel é atenciosa e prestativa. O codomínio tem um bom padrão. O apartamente estava limpo. Roupa de cama e toalhas no padrão de um hotel 4 estrelas. Há um restaurante em local agradável, mas que fica bastante tumultuado em feriados e com serviço confuso. A comida não tem consistência. O mar na frente do condomínio não é bom para banho, apesar de bonito.
A unidade em que fiquei era poente e por isso muito quente. Cozinha pequena, quase sem espaço de balcão e com poucos utensílios. Não tinha uma simples frigideira ou uma cafeteira normal (apenas de cápsulas). Muito ruim para cozinhar. Quartos apertados e praticamente sem armários, especialmente o quarto de casal. A sala, apesar de ampla, tem apenas um sofá cama e uma mesa pequente com 4 cadeiras. Não há local para guardar nada. O roof top leva muito sol e é muito escuro à noite. Não ficaria novamente nesse unidade e não recomendo.
