I would never deal with this office again! Worst stay I’ve had with booking.com

I never stayed at this property. We got transferred to another apartment because of a hot water issue.

The replacement place was not in the same location we selected initially; it was in the city center which was very noisy especially late night. Also the apartment was full of pet hair I. The kitchen and the bedroom on the mattress. It was also a two story apartment which we didn’t like. So I requested to be transferred to another apartment which was not ready and I had to wait and stay on hold. The person managing the property, his name was Sean as appears on WhatsApp, did not follow promptly and I had to contact him to find out when to move. Then we moved to this new place on the 13th floor to find out that one elevator is broken and only one elevator was serving the building. A day or two later we found that one of the toilets was leaking and the smell in that bathroom was unbearable. The other bathroom had a problem with the sink and needed plumbing. One of the showers had a massively leaking shower head. So we reported these issues and a plumber shows up and says that he cannot work and needs approval. I stayed in that place two weeks and they came and fixed one of the problems two days before the end of my stay. The place was in the Corey center which was an area we tried to avoid from the beginning. It was very loud especially late at night and past midnight (until 4 am some nights) which was uncomfortable for our family and children. The person managing the place, Sean, who was obviously understaffed both at the office (delayed responses and very hard to answer calls) and in terms of labor, was extremely rude and ignorant, lacked logic and tried to twist things around and tried to convince me that it should be enough for us to accept having one working toilet although I paid for two. Finally, he promised a compensation and to this date, I have not received anything!
