Avoid this Property and Rich Property Management

Our 10-night family stay was overshadowed by repeated problems and poor management.
The apartment did not match what we booked (we paid for a balcony but were given an apartment without one), essential kitchen items were missing for two days, the Wi-Fi didn't work until I fixed it myself, and we were asked to pay extra for additional towels.
The most serious issue was a late-night electrical failure. We heard a loud bang, most of the apartment lost power, and my children woke up frightened. Despite reporting it immediately, the property manager took about nine hours to respond and repeatedly asked me to reset the circuit breaker myself instead of sending a qualified electrician.
When a handyman finally arrived, he explained that the breaker would continue tripping because the wiring overheats and that the solution was simply to keep resetting it. That left us so concerned about safety that we limited ourselves to using only three lights at a time throughout the rest of our stay.
To make matters worse, Rich Property Management deducted £40 from my security deposit for sending a handyman, claiming I should have reset the breaker myself—even though I reported what appeared to be a potentially dangerous electrical fault.
Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent much of it chasing the property manager to resolve issues that should never have occurred. I have retained WhatsApp messages, emails, and photographs documenting everything described above and have submitted a formal complaint to Booking.com.
I cannot recommend this property or Rich Property Management based on my experience.
