It was easily accessible from the main road and easy to walk to with luggage. The rooms were very clean and the staff were easy to speak to on WhatsApp or in person.
Although we were close to the lake, we didn’t have the best view but this was the only thing that wasn’t satisfactory

The staff are incredibly helpful and nice. They insist on carrying your luggage, they give you recommendations and always greet you with a smile. The receptionist Long treats you like a friend.
The rooms are equipped with a comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, and even have all toiletries you need.

The interior of Azen Lakeside Apartment & Hotel was pleasant, housekeeping was thorough, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Construction right outside the window caused constant noise, sometimes continuing until 1 a.m., which made it difficult to rest. While the interior was nice, the hotel’s exterior and surrounding grounds were in very poor condition. The safe in the room was also broken.
We also booked an airport transfer through the hotel, but it never arrived. We were left waiting outside the airport at night. Eventually, another driver picked us up, but he spent the entire journey talking loudly on the phone. A frustrating and unprofessional start to our stay.
