Very communicative staff; we given detailed self check in instructions and important information prior to the day we travelled. The room was spotlessly clean and immaculately presented. A large walk in shower and great vanity for getting ready. Basic coffee/tea provisions were provided along with a menu for the cafe at the adjoining Playhouse. The location is great! It's a great base to explore all that Alnwick has to offer, and it was great value.
Not so much what I don't like, but a word of advice - if you're a light sleeper, take ear plugs, as it's single glazed and directly on the main road. We just happened to be visiting Alnwick during Storm Boelo, so we got no sleep between vehicles driving past and the storm howling outside, and a VERY squeaky pub sign across the road going crackers all night in the wind 😂

Great location, easy check in, easy free parking nearby. Comfortable and clean in a great central location. Excellent!

Location in Alnwick very good. Close to cafe, restaurant and parking and attractions.
Communication re access etc good, although we didn't meet any staff.
Room warm and comfortable.
There was no toilet paper in the accessible room, but we did find some after searching.

Location was perfect
The midnight noise of other residents getting back, talking loudly and slamming doors. This woke me and my children up.
Also, I’ve realised that with young children, I need a TV or TV room, and preferably a bath.
It was comfortable and clean otherwise
