Great location and beautiful view, but the property needs serious maintenance and improvement

The location and the beautiful view were the best parts of my stay.

There was no flexibility with check-in at all. The property felt old and poorly maintained. The flooring was damaged and unsafe, and I actually injured my foot because of it. The bed was uncomfortable, and there was a lot of noise. These issues negatively affect the property’s reputation despite its excellent location and beautiful view.
