Falsely accused by the property cost us extra

The ultimate reason we chose this property was the proximity to Dubai Mall - you'd be able to reach after crossing the road. This was very convenient. There was also a gym which had the essentials. The pros in no way make up for the horrible experience our family had to face. I have character limits so couldn't detail everything below - but I advise everyone to stay away (it seems similar reviews match our experience - this is not a one-time thing).

I noticed a number of red flags as soon as the booking became non-refundable.I was asked to pay a 2,000 AED security deposit, which I understand, plus a 5% non-refundable processing fee. I had never encountered before and I questioned it. Even booking.com were surprised and disappointed when I raised this with them. Before arrival, we were bombarded with multiple documents to complete and sign. The process felt excessive, almost like purchasing the property rather than staying there. After an exhausting journey, we were then asked to complete a detailed inventory checklist. Several quantities were incorrect, which I raised. The apartment also had a very foul smell, particularly in the bathroom, laundry room and kitchen. It was dismissed as being caused by the weather and building pipes. We have stayed in numerous apartments across Dubai over the past five summers, and this was a first. We also found a live cockroach crawling on the covers in one of the bedrooms. We immediately photographed it and contacted the hosts. To their credit, they promptly sent pest control and housekeeping. The most concerning issue was at check-out. Before leaving, we left BOTH keys on the dining table and sent a photograph confirming this. After we had already arrived back in London, I was told that only one key had been left and that it had been found on the TV table. Despite providing photographic evidence, I was accused of losing a key. Nevertheless, 500 AED was deducted for the alleged "lost" key, plus the 100 AED non-refundable. I strongly dispute this charge, as the key was not lost. Combined with the processing fee, I lost approximately £150 in additional costs (maybe to compensate themselves for the additional costs they had to face after sending pest control and housekeeping). I would advise guests not to be swayed solely by the prime location and lower price. The overall experience may prove considerably more expensive and complicated than expected.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE. THE PROPERTY PICTURES AND ALL LOOKS VERY HIGHFY BUT ITS NOT REAL AND THE EXPERERICE IS VERY BAD.

تعامل غير جيد من تسليم المفتاح حتى الجك اوت .. دقيقين في كل شي خذو تأمين 2000 درهم عند الوصول .. المكان فيه ريحة مزعجه من الحمامات او السجاد .. عند الجك اوت الموظف يدقق في ادق التفاصيل حتى المنشفه اذا كانت مكانها او لا .. اكواب الشاي حرفياً كل شي لن اعيد التكرار اذا كان التعامل مثل هذا ..

L'appartement est situé au centre ville de Dubaï à coté de Dubaï Mall et dans un environnement très reposant, attractif, sécurisé. Il est approprié aussi bien pour ceux qui sont à Dubaï pour des affaires que pour ceux qui y sont pour les vacances et plaisirs.

L'internet n'étant que dans l'appartement, lorsque vous en sortez vous êtes déconnecté, même au sein de l'immeuble.
