Our stay at Hilton Istanbul Airport was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, we were treated with genuine kindness, warmth, and professionalism.
What truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible staff. Everyone, from the management team to the reception staff, housekeeping, hotel assistants, and the wonderful people working at breakfast buffet.
went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome.
One thing we particularly appreciated was how honest and considerate the staff were when helping us with our accommodation. Instead of simply encouraging us to book two separate rooms, they suggested a family room that could comfortably accommodate us all. This thoughtful recommendation helped us save a considerable amount of money while still enjoying a spacious and comfortable stay. It really showed that they genuinely cared about their guests rather than just making a sale.
A very special thank you to Mr. Yahya, who made our mornings even more enjoyable! He was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and professional every single day at breakfast. His warm hospitality and positive attitude made us feel truly valued as guests. People like him are what make a hotel experience memorable.
The hotel itself is equally impressive. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The facilities are fantastic, particularly the beautiful indoor swimming pool and the excellent, well-equipped gym. The attention to cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property was outstanding.
What impressed us most, however, was the consistency of the hospitality. It wasn't just one or two employees being friendly; every single person we interacted with treated us with kindness, respect, and genuine care. From the managers to the housekeeping team and everyone in between, the level of service was remarkable.

Great new building but something is wrong with the lighting. Room lights kept going on and off durung the night. For some absurd reason they stuck motion sensors in the room that CANT BE TURNED OFF!!! Maintenance team seemed to be in denial and only short circuited the sensor after the fifth complaint? Ruined what should have been a restful 12 hour stop over.
I stopped using Hilton many years ago, as I perceived them as somewhat arrogant and "tell someone who cares" in the overall corporate approach. STILL THE SAME. One more Hilton stay on this trip, too late to swap, then back to the blacklist...
