Worst experience.

Calmness of the location

It is far from the center, I faced huge difficulty to reach there. Toilet is absolutely unhealthy, broken pan seat, wet and uncleaned floor, cigarette butt was lying on the floor, used soap was given for hand-washing, other washroom amenities like toothpaste, shampoo etc were also half used by previous guests. Kitchen and dinning area were absolutely messy, Lots of uncleaned dishes and pans were found on the table, sink etc. Owner didn't ensure the cleaning of the facility before we entered, it looks like a bachelor den, lot of cigarette butt were on the floor. We felt disgusted to use the kitchen for own use. The bed room we booked for 3 person, one queen size bed and 1 stretcher type thing were provided, totally uncomfortable for sitting and sleeping. The room was heavily heated with outside temperature, seems AC will not work in day time. Though we booked the facility for 5 days, but eventually could not stay there for a day, it was horrible experience there and forced us to change the hotel on the same day of check in. I do not recommend anyone for this facility.
